**Return & Refund Policy**
At Pawlorful, your pet's health and safety are our top priorities.
**No Returns or Exchanges**
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, especially the potential for cross-infection between pets (bacteria, viruses, etc.), we do not support returns or exchanges for our products.
Please double-check the size before placing your order. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection. While every pet parent believes their baby is clean, being responsible for other pets is just as important as being responsible for our own.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@pawlorful.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Rest assured, any returned items due to damage or defect will be safely disposed of and will **not** be resold to other furry friends.
**Non-returnable Items**
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Refunds (If Applicable)**
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (in the case of a defective or incorrect item), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
